Perform a comprehensive appearance, functionality, and packaging inspection on the sampled products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Appearance Inspection

Color:Check if the product has uneven color, discoloration, etc. Confirm that the product color is consistent with the sample or design drawing.
Gloss:Check if there are uneven gloss or dull areas o n the surface.
Scratches:Confirm that the product has no obvious scratches or wear marks.
Others:Check if the product has other appearance defects, such as bubbles, deformation, etc. Confirm that the overall appearance of the product meets the standards.

Functional Inspection

Opening and closing of the lid:repeatedly test the opening and closing times of the lid to ensure smooth opening and closing without jamming or looseness.
Sealing test:check whether the lid can be completely sealed after closing to prevent the tablets from getting wet.
Cutting effect::test with tablets of different hardness and size to ensure that the tablets can be cut evenly.
Crushing effect::test with tablets of different hardness and size to ensure that the tablets can be completely crushed into fine powder.

Packaging Inspection

Integrity:Confirm that each product packaging is intact, without damage or leaking.
Aesthetics:Check the packaging printing quality to ensure that the patterns and text are clear and beautiful.
Labels:Confirm that the label information on each package is clear and accurate, including product name, batch number, production date, etc.

Final Inspection and Reporting

Final inspection:confirm that the quantity, quality and packaging of the products meet the customer's requirements.
